Using our extensive knowledge of building and construction we can provide assistance to clients in the tender, contract and construction processes of any building project. We can work with clients to determine fully their requirements and formulate them into designs, and scope of works whilst providing advice on procurement methods, assist with selection of designers, peer review the designs, assist with contractor selection, and obtain additional services such as QSs and Engineers etc.

At Chartered Building Consultants Ltd we can assist you with determining your brief and preparing designs with costings including full specification of all elements, and provide programmes with identification of key stages of your project. We can advise on the life costs associated with each material choice so that you can be sure you are obtaining best value for money over the lifespan of your property.

We have been involved in hundreds of projects and acted as Engineer to Contract under NZS3910. Our extensive knowledge of contract administration means we can ensure that the contract is run accurately, fairly and independently.

We understand the need for accurate information to prevent disputes later down the track and our expertise means we are technically competent to review and understand information from various sources, and disseminate this in a clear and understandable manner to all the relevant parties. We understand the need for quick decisions on site and providing accurate information and documentation back to clients, contractors, and others to prevent delays on site and additional costs.
