We have experience in project managing a large number of remedial works and refurbishments across a range of property types. We can establish the clients brief, then bring together the necessary range of professional services to meet this brief. As professional project managers we have an understanding of all the technical elements of a project and understand the terminology and issues which each profession may encounter during the project. Because of the amount of projects we have been involved in we are able to provide advice and know where to find the best answers / solutions to those tricky problems which occur on any project.

Our extensive knowledge of construction allows us to provide professional project management advice, with the key factor in selecting us being we are capable of reviewing and questioning all elements of construction so that the information which flows between contractors, designers, engineers etc. to client is accurate and relevant to the project. We can provide advice on how to overcome issues, on all manner of construction and give consideration to alternative construction methods or materials choices so that the project is complete in a cost effective manner whilst maintaining high quality.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor I am an expert with construction observation using our extensive experience of construction processes, material and installations I can carry out on-site observation of contractors and give technically based direction were required in a professional manner. I work closely with Architects, engineer to contract, project managers etc. and provide accurate information on the current state of a project, including progress, workmanship, possible delays, material quality and can provide technical advice or recommendations if required.
